🍱 Orders
All food items are prepared fresh after order confirmation.
Orders can be placed via website, WhatsApp, Facebook, or phone.
For travel meals, orders must be placed at least one day in advance on the basis of confirmed ticket date.
💳 Payments
All online payments are securely processed via Razorpay.
We do not store card, UPI, or bank details on our servers.
Orders are confirmed only after successful payment (if prepaid).
❌ Cancellation
Once an order is confirmed and food preparation has started, cancellation is not allowed.
In case of non-availability or operational issues, Rasoi Express reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a refund.
🔁 Refunds
Refunds are applicable only in cases of non-delivery, wrong items, or payment errors.
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.
🚚 Delivery
Delivery times are approximate and may vary due to traffic, weather, or other unavoidable conditions.
Rasoi Express is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect address or contact details provided by the customer.
🥗 Food Disclaimer
Taste preferences may vary from person to person.
Saturday special meals may be prepared without onion and garlic.
Customers are requested to inform about any food allergies while ordering.
🔐 Privacy
Customer data is used only for order processing and communication.
We do not sell or share personal information with third parties.
