At Rasoi Express, we value our customers and aim to provide the best food and service experience.

❌ Returns

Due to the nature of our business (freshly prepared food), returns are not accepted once the order has been prepared or delivered.

💸 Refunds

Refunds will be considered only in the following cases:

  • Wrong item delivered

  • Order not delivered

  • Payment deducted but order not confirmed

  • Food quality issue (must be reported within 30 minutes of delivery)

To request a refund, customers must contact us on the same day of delivery with order details.

⏱️ Refund Processing

  • Once approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 working days

  • Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method (Razorpay/UPI/Card)

🚫 No Refund Cases

  • Change of mind after order confirmation

  • Delay due to traffic, weather, or unavoidable circumstances

  • Incorrect address or contact details provided by customer
